1. Purpose
This policy sets out our commitment to ensuring that our technology, website, services and training materials are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. In compliance with the Equality Act 2010, we will take reasonable steps to remove barriers and ensure disabled users are not placed at a disadvantage.
2. Scope
This policy applies to the use of our SaaS product, our public website, communications with our business and participation in pre-recorded online training courses.

Designing our software and website in line with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA.
Providing alternative text, captions, transcripts and accessible formats for content where required.
Offering multiple ways to contact the business, with reasonable adjustments where needed.
Regularly testing and reviewing accessibility in our digital services.
4. Practical Application
- Software: Compatible with assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation).
- Website: Structured and designed for readability, with appropriate colour contrast and navigation support.
- Contact: Multiple accessible communication channels (email, phone, online forms).
- Training: Captions and transcripts for videos, screen-reader friendly materials, and alternative formats where reasonable.
5. Responsibilities
Leadership: Ensure accessibility is a core requirement in business practices and product development.
Employees and Contractors: Follow accessibility best practices in their work and highlight barriers when identified.
6. Review
This policy will be reviewed on a regular basis to incorporate changes per legislation, standards, or technology.
